Radek's PR Endurance Coaching focuses efficiency when designing your training program. Most athletes have other commitments than training but the only way to perform quality workouts is to get adequate rest in between. Varying your workout intensity, volume and duration will help you achieve specific results. "It's all about balance." I work with your current schedule and adjust it accordingly to suit your time constraints. You will not be required to do mega long mileage; 90% of endurance athletes - from amateurs to professionals - gain little more than chronic fatigue and burnout from this type of training. Despite this fact, a lot of triathletes train this way. INTENSITY, VOLUME & DURATION - THE BALANCE BETWEEN THESE #3 , IN ENDURANCE TRAINING IS ONE OF THE KEY TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERSONAL GOALS. Since 1993 Radek is part of triathlon world, the world of endurance athletes. His personal experience in competitive triathlon and his swimming backround were the major keys he dicided to help other multisport athletes with coaching and help them to accopmlish their personal bests. His coaching philosophy is simple as - there does not exist a magic pil, only hard work, determination, desire and will - Everyone can do it, but must want go for it!
From the beginning I have always concerned myself with individual attention to each athlete. It is up to you trust my coaching and give me honest feedback. The correct feedback is the most powerfull tool for all coaches out there! It is only at this point that you can truly make major gains in your performance. It is only you who is going to swim, who is going to pedal on the bike and only you who is going to run afterwards! I am here to lead and guide you through out your accomplishmets.
