As a experienced competitive swimmer Coach Radek belives 3 essential keys for improving triathle's swimming are:
RELAX, BREATH PROPERLY, (Slow down) SWIM EASY
1. Relax - do not fear water, do not fear distance, you can do it, just relax
2. Breath - all out under water, dont rush with swim stroke
3. Slow down - Swim Easy - yes slower (stroke/per pool lenght) = more economy, more efficient swimming stroke

focus on how slowly he is doing this drill...
Even this these guys are sprinters ("we triathlete's" are long distance swimmers) it is unbealiavable how long they have their strokes! Focus on Jason Lezak's swimming stroke (he did 14strokes) against Bernard's (17th strokes) in last 25meters... Focus on Lezak's POWERFUL end of stroke - he just swam fastest 100meters in the history with breathing every single stroke.
